Smart Ticket uses your Discord account. It asks for two things: who you are, and which servers you administrate. Nothing else — no message access, no email address.

The guild list is cached in your session for five minutes so the dashboard does not query Discord on every click. Your Discord access token stays on the server and is never sent to your browser.
